- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- Handful of Spinach
- 1 egg
- scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- Dash of olive oil
- 1 apple (red)
Here is what made.
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 bunch of Kale
- 1 egg
- scoop of protein powder
- 2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- Dash of olive oil
- 1 apple (green)
Mix your own. Add peanut butter.
