Peanut butter Banana Smoothie




  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of flaxseed

Place in blender  and go.

For variety, add berries or spinach.
