We took this hike up to the Lehigh Gorge State Park around Thanksgiving 2008. Molly, Tom, Will, Melissa and I all got together on Saturday morning and hiked the waterfalls. We were all prepared for some cold weather, but were sweating like mad when we got to the top. A funny story...when we were coming back down I lost the sole of my hiking boots and we all passed it on the trail and thought "what a fool whoever lost their shoe!!" Well when we got to Jim Thorpe for some pizza I realized I felt lop-sided. I looked down and saw it was me who lost the sole of my shoe. What a trip. Excellent time with some great friends.
